About Al Hikmah School
Nurturing Islamic values and education for over 25 years in the Harrow community
Al Hikmah School is a weekend Islamic School established for the Harrow community over 25 years ago. At the time it was the only Saturday Islamic School in the area and provided the means to give children an opportunity to learn about their religion in an Islamic environment.
All of our teachings are based on the Quran and Sunnah. We use modern educational methods and realise that the methods used to learn Islam for older generations won't necessarily work on the new generation. Islam needs to be taught in an interesting way so that the seeds of love of our religion can be implanted in our children's hearts.
Our ethos has always been to not run for profit with fees kept deliberately at a minimum with support always given to low income families.
